We provide several classes and support groups for new and expecting moms. Topics range from Childbirth Prepardness, Parenting Skills and STD/Abstinence Education. Classes range from one-on-one mentoring to group seminars.

Childbirth Education


The Pregnancy Care Center is pleased to offer classes in childbirth education free to our clients and for a reasonable fee to women in the community. A six-week series, it is designed to give a wealth of information about pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. The classes are held at our center which is conveniently located on the corner of Washington and Magnolia Ave. in El Cajon.
